Unlicensed driver kills four in Richmond, Virginia

According to Virginia State Poilice, Marvin Antonio Maldonado's car left the ground on Walmsley Boulevard before crashing and killing its passengers. Police are pressing reckless driving charges against Maldonado.
The deceased are Ediverto Delacruz Ramirez, 21, and Carmen Delacruz Gonzales, 18, both of Chesterfield County; and Victor Garcia Morales, 23, of Gainesville, Ga. They were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was 19.

This brings the death toll on Virginia's highways to 522 as compared to 499 at this time last year.
