Sometimes folks complain about how long it takes to get to trial in Virginia. After all, they may have gone through a long rehabilitation period after their car accident and then spent some time negotiating with the insurance company.

Still, most cases get to trial in a year

The insurance companies are all jumping for joy in New Hampshire. There, the legislature just cancelled all trials . This is incredible. The insurance companies will likely stop any effort to actually settle a case since they know their "judgment day" ain't coming anytime soon.

Thank goodness for speedy trials in Virginia!
