MSNBC has pretty good video on this silly 1-800 Flowers lawsuit. Now he's complaining about all of the negative publicity he's gotten and the 'mental anguish" from the public feeback he's getting from his lawsuit.

So let me get this straight. He cheats on his wife and buys flowers for his mistress. Then he complains when his wife finds out about the affair. Then he files a lawsuit that somehow gets out to the public and now he's blaming 1-800 Flowers for that as well!

I predict that this lawsuit will just go away, as it should.
