The Washington Post has a guy in the courthouse doing a live "hour by hour/witness by witness" blog of the silliest lawsuit currently pending in any court in the country.

You'll remember that some judge has sued the local dry cleaners for a whopping $65 million dollars for losing his pants. (They found them later, but details... details....)

This suit has been widely and soundly condemned by responsible trial lawyers everywhere.
