The first class action lawsuit, with 95 pet owners, has been filed in Wisconsin.

The lawsuit, against Menu Foods Inc.,alleges that it produced and distributed pet food that might be dangerous, and possibly deadly, to animals.

Can residents from New York join this lawsuit? I purchased 21 pouches of ol'roy on Feb.13,2007 and had to put my Maggie (dog) down on Mar.8,2007, day before her 11 b-day. I have my reciept and 5 pouches left that are on the recall list. I still can't believe this has happened to all of us. God bless you all and our beloved pets.

I lost 2 cats within 4 days of each other after giving them Nutro Max Gourmet Classics (several varities). And one cat is home & has to have blood work weekly to test kidney levels. I contacted Nutro Max & they want me to send 2 opened cans to their labs. Should I do it? The cans were washed & have been in my home for about 3 weeks. Please help.
