Immunity is a terrible concept. Isn't American democracy based upon checks and balances and responsibility. For the past 1o years the lobbyists for powerful special interests have lined up at outr legislatures essentially bribing politicians to pass laws to eliminate responsibility. The end result in the case of "charitible organizations" is that they will be shunned by the public when people find out that they don't care about safety because they can injure without be held responsible. What do you think the Supreme Cort will do? Isn't Roberts an attorney who favors eliminating lawsuits by the public in mots situations?
